FOSTER APPLICATION

Foster homes are the most important component of DFWLRRC, we can only save as many dogs as we have foster homes. A foster parent provides a safe and loving environment for dogs until they are adopted. All medical care for the foster dog is taken care of by DFWLRRC.

NOTE:This application is for fostering (not adopting), if you are interested in adopting a dog, please fill out our adoption application.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please do not use this form as as a request to surrender your Labrador to DFWLRRC - your request will not be considered. If you are interested in DFWLRRC considering your Labrador for our rescue program, please follow the instructions provided here.
