DFWLR - Foster Questionnaire

We are asking for your personal background with dogs and for references because we want to understand the level of experience of the people who are handling our rescue dogs. We do our best to match foster dogs with foster homes that have the level of experience to provide the interim care that is needed before the dog is adopted. Many of these dogs have been through difficult situations and it is the responsibility of the foster home to provide a certain standard of care to assist in the rehabilitation of these dogs during their time in the rescue program.
